Declaration of conformity REACH

The EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) contains guidelines regarding Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. The product range manufactured by Spieth‐Maschinenelemente GmbH & Co. KG comprises solely mechanical components for use in connecting, guiding and clamping applications. The attachment of the Declaration of Conformity includes a list of our products conforming to REACH at present. With this declaration we comply with the reporting requirements in accordance with Article 33 (1) of the REACH regulation.
